Driving diverse HR projects with the HR leadership team and liaising closely with functional leaders to enable a comprehensive view of workforce engagement actions. Conceptualized, designed, and created a dashboard for tracking & reporting Engagement Actions which helped in optimum utilization of allocated budget and effectively decreased the attrition rate by 55%. Designed, created, and hosted centralized dashboard for tracking & reporting of Employee Rewards & Recognitions which resulted in increased Employee Engagement and Improved Retention percentage. Drove an end-to-end project to create a centralized dashboard for tracking the return to office of employees which has immensely helped the teams to plan the employee backup to minimize business impact. Initiated workshops for the managers to prepare and present their short term & five-year plan for their teams and debrief the leads on vision. Facilitated gathering the data from different teams and attaining the eligibility criteria for Great Place to Work certification for the company. Designed and implemented an inclusive Hybrid Model for GCC and internal teams which helped determine the success by measuring productivity through Task Mining (at an application level), Engagement (Burnout level, Collaboration and Communication, Interaction with leaders, Interaction with other teams, Speed of solutioning and decision making, Quality of 1:1s with managers & Work Life Balance) and Attrition. Conducted Root cause analysis of employee attrition and recommended the ways to improve employee retention. Developed and executed a strategy to ensure timely resolution of complex operational issues in collaboration with various stakeholders. Drove monthly Townhalls, monthly Managers connect and well-being initiatives centrally. Driving employee engagement for the current team by analyzing the data and providing inputs to the leadership team. Handled end to end on-boarding, background verification & L&D for new hires. Developed Chatbot & SharePoint Webpage on Azure platform to resolve all onboarding related queries, resulting in a huge saving of man hours. Drafted joining and orientation formalities as well as learning paths for new employees. Successfully transformed the physical documents to digital documentation - offer and appointment letters and annual track list of increments and confirmations of employees which helped in all centrally managing all the data/files for the employees. Hosted the bi-weekly new hire orientation as well as designed the necessary professional development plans. Developed an enterprise-wide front-line associate on-boarding toolkit & employee’s handbook in mutual interest of employer and employees. Led the Onboarding for both Campus/Lateral Hires & Learning. Developed relationships with third party vendors for Onboarding and Recruitment.

End to end on-boarding & recruitment (Campus & Lateral). Tested different modules for HR and led the transition for the HR Team (End Users) for Workday launch. Managed the HR operations team, maintained their Time and Attendance & appraisals for them. Responsible for conducting campus and lateral onboarding for more than 800+ employees in a financial year. Designed a system “Daily Attendance Reporting System” which was finally implemented in all the branches. On Campus recruitment: Networking with college placement officers, aligning hiring process, coordinating with recruiting managers, screening candidates, interviewing potential hires. Introduced Chabot for Employee Queries: Fast and efficient way to solve employee queries. Streamlined & automated the HR letter process. Monitor weekly/monthly payroll cycle excel for employee and bank account confirmation. Conducted training programs towards enhancing employee productivity. Revamped the new hire feedback session.

Worked as a part of IBM shared services: Handled varied job responsibilities like payroll process, HR operational queries, etc. Spearheaded the implementation of HR policies in the communicator chat for automated response. Guided employees about the salary structure, compensation details and company policies. Constant engagement with employees to understand their requirements and closure by providing the correct resolution.

Recruitment & Talent Search - Preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements, sourcing / validation from job portals, interview co-ordination, follow-up, and closure. Conducted walk-in drives to fill up vacancies for various positions within the company. Maintenance of candidate profiles on Candidate Application Tracking System. Managing employee joining formalities along with generation & issue of offer letters.
