Project Goal: Build a Machine learning model for sales prediction by scrutinizing historical sales & 1000’s customer survey research data across different locations. My contribution: Developed product strategies for lead Director and trained the team as it grew to 25 employees to overcome the effect of imbalanced data suitable sampling techniques is applied. Designed training and peer-mentoring programs for the incoming class of 25 analysts in 2021; Reduced Massive onboarding time for new hires by 50%. EDA techniques like visualization & Data Reprocessing (Outlier treatment, Data scaling, Feature selection, Feature engineering, etc.) are applied. To make data ready for model Enforcement using suitable ML algorithm. Liaised with C-level executives of My Exciting Company, a RW Ventures-backed ecommerce marketplace website with 100k members Which helps designers sell their artwork and designs to businesses. Project Goal: Uncovering insights from 43% historical sales data & 45 % Competitor product analysis. My contribution: Responsible for transforming data into future insights & Detecting Solutions for business questions by using 5 types of raw data. Performed statistical analysis to identify performance patterns. Where data Cleaning, Analysis, visualization of a large scale data. Development of progressive 8 different variants of dashboards & published Reports with help of Power BI & Power query.
