Handled the entire Z Express project for short stays, planning and executing over 150 properties for bookings PAN India, generating 50 lakhs of revenue per month. Established and coordinated with OTA platforms (MMT, Goibibo, EaseMyTrip, Yatra, Clear trip) to achieve 50% of revenue through them. Standardized end-to-end processes for Z Express and Z vacations, contributing to a 100% increase in revenue month on month. Managed the Bangalore Coliving Electricity Bill for 139 properties, leading to 40 lakhs of recovery M-o-M. Worked with corporate customers like Swiggy and Zepto, developing processes that led to an average revenue of Rs. 1 lakhs 22 thousand per day. Developed and implemented an excel tracker for managing revenue, inventory, OTA discounts, and pricing.

Took complete ownership of operational responsibilities for West India DCs/depots, achieving 0.5 $MM in cash reduction through scrapping and Rework of materials. Developed KPI tracking to improve cost savings, productivity, and throughput. Responsible for delivering 7% Y-o-Y savings through vehicle fill improvement, warehouse operations, RCCP, Inventory management, and effort saving. Planned and initiated projects worth over 1 crore, including DMS digitization, AGVs, conveyors, and RPA/AI usage. Successfully implemented drones for Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA), saving 6 lakhs. Executed Zoning and slotting at a major site, resulting in 65 lakhs of cost savings by redesigning the warehouse layout. Applied Kaizen, ECRS, and Lean Six Sigma principles to increase efficiency.

Built a project called health monitoring and tracking system for soldiers using Iot to rescue soldiers in the battlefield. Volunteered in the NGO program to educate students.
