Enhanced Chatbot capabilities by implementing Machine learning techniques for intent recognition, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, or personalization. Conducted thorough testing and debugging of chatbot applications, ensuring robustness, accuracy, and error handling in various scenarios.

Building end-to-end UI and Backend workflow based operations using Python, Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Sklearn, Seaborn, SQL, Tableau. Machine Learning module has been developed, boasting an accuracy level between 70% and 85%. Git and GitHub are utilized for version control and seamless collaboration with the team members. Tkinter and Flask frameworks were utilized for GUI and web development. Developed a service to create an administrative user for the specific customer who only has access to the database through a MYSQL & SQL URL. Experience on Agile development methodology and tool such as MLflow.
