Recruitment: Understanding the company requirements and assisting in creating a recruitment plan; Reviewing and regularly updating job descriptions; Generated specific candidate pool for career opportunities through strategic placement of advertisements, evaluation of applicant credentials and conducting initial interviews and pre-screening assessments. Leveraged social media platforms and online job boards to advertise open positions and engage with potential candidates. Sourcing and identifying potential candidates using various online databases; Communicating and coordinating with consultants; Reaching out to candidates and maintaining a candidate tracker; Receiving and reviewing applications; Shortlisting candidates and conducting initial screening calls; Managing tests and coordinating interviews; Regularly following-up till joining. Compliance: Doing L2 level check on a monthly basis with respect to number of offers rolled out v/s number of requisitions raised; Doing thorough check with respect to the evidence saved for a particular offer rolled out such as interview invites or interview evaluation form. These checks involved minute detail checking such as date of interview, test etc. should be as getting reflected on ERP. Mailbox Management: Managing mails received on recruitment ID on a weekly basis; Forwarding the mails to the concerned party; Highlighting the mails falling into grey area to the managers.
