Responsible for handling Telecom accounts for Canada region within Tech Mahindra. Average completion of 8-10 overall requirements cycle each month which includes getting the requirements, setting up meeting with vendors, setting up interviews for suitable candidates as per the description, releasing the offer to selected candidates and Conducting the First day Introduction with team.

Worked on Specifically on direct client requirements and Handled 3 clients (Fidelity Investments, Okta, Sedgwick). Experience working on Various Job Boards like Monster, Dice ,Techfetch, Career Builder etc. Worked with VMS (Vendor Management System)/ MSP, Job Diva, LinkedIn etc.

Responsible for End to End US IT recruitment life cycle i.e., sourcing qualified candidates to deploying selected candidates with the clients. Utilized the experience of US tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099 work status in the US including Green Card, USC, all EADs, TN Visa, and Australian Visas etc. As being the Senior Recruiter in the team, I’ve also played a role of Assistant Team lead. Worked with various client from Finance, telecommunication, Healthcare, IT, Banking domains.

Responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to applicant closure. Created and maintained a high-volume pipeline of candidates for numerous clients by daily making 50+ cold calls, emailing 100+ candidates. Experience working on Various Job Boards like Monster, Dice, Techfetch, Prohire. Also been Awarded twice as (PERFORMER OF THE MONTH).
