Interact with customers to identify customer expectations and ensure all customer issues are resolved appropriately; Review estimates and impact analysis; Understand the complexity of the projects, identify and involve the right mix of resources; Oversee offshore onsite coordination to ensure transition of information (handshake) and query resolution related to project execution and report updates; Perform key project management activities like planning, work allocation and tracking, status reporting, performance reporting, quality assurance activities, etc; Work with the various track leads to ensure delivery; Discuss and resolve feasibility issues with the customer; Review all change requests to ensure that processes are adhered to.

Product backlog preparation for SME Regional product, SME product which includes creation of user stories, preparation of PL101s (requirement documents); Conducting workshops with Business stakeholders including the Underwriters, Actuaries and Regional Managers; Conducting weekly refinement sessions to obtain a groomed product backlog; Co-ordinating with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Development team for Sprint planning; Act as a proxy product owner to accept/reject stories during sprint demos; Helping team to resolve functional queries.

Contributed in designing and creating Business Requirement Document (BRDs) for the Personal Home and Auto product implementation using Duck Creek Technologies; Worked on Rating algorithms, UI, Forms, Integration and Quote-Application letter requirements; Conducted and participated in the Business requirement workshops at Client location (California, USA) for requirement gathering and elicitation of the requirements; Fit-Gap analysis, followed by creation of GAP documents based on the requirements, which involved product customizations; Walkthrough sessions of the BRD to the Business, Development and QA team; Prioritization of the Defects and assignment to the development team; Training Need Analysis (TNA) for the team prepared training material for them and conducted knowledge sharing sessions required for the project.

Preparation of Solution Outline (As-IS | To-Be), Fit-Gap Analysis and opportunity assessment documents; Configurations using the Allianz Business Solution suite for Product and Claims modules; Preparation of functional requirement documents; Co-ordination with the offshore team for the deliverables; Interaction with customer on Video Conference from offshor.
