Conducted optical character recognition (OCR) and extracted key-value pairs/table data from multi-page PDFs uploaded to S3. Performed image pre-processing (grayscaling, binarization, contrast adjustment) using Python. Utilized AWS Textract to convert PDFs to JSON via AWS Lambda. Parsed JSON to extract key-value pairs and tables, creating a data frame with confidence scores, and sending documents for AWS A2I Human review for rectification.

Trained project workforce on change requests and incident raising using ServiceNow. Identified process improvements for Workplace Savings (WPS) by analyzing the ServiceNow CMDB Database. Managed document libraries and collaboration sites using Microsoft SharePoint, assisting with design and change documentation. Performed audits to identify process gaps during change requests/incidents.

Worked on the Future Product Framework (FPF-Mature Savings) team. Responsible for understanding requirements from Business Analysts (BA) and creating Low Level Documents (LLD). Collaborated with senior SMEs to create/modify jobs. Prepared test JCLs for Unit and Component testing, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and providing post-deployment support.

Provided 24*7*365 monitoring of scheduled batch jobs and file transfers for multiple Insurance Group backends (Claims, Auto, Property, Billing). Performed enhancements/automation for batch jobs, significantly reducing manual job restoration time.
