Working on ATS like Greenhouse, Darwinbox and Lever. Expertise in strategic sourcing of candidates and maintaing the quality of hire. Understanding the business requirements and attracting the best talent via Internal Databases, Job Portals, Referrals, and Social networking sites (LinkedIn /X-ray, Naukri.com X-ray, InstaHyre). Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as offer status/pipeline, interview status, closures & feedback reports of self.

To review the job description and understand the needs of the Client. Responsible for creating/posting the requisition, sourcing, screening, submitting resumes, coordinating interviews. Interacting with candidates, performing initial screening, understanding their competencies & skill sets, and providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information about the company and position/role. Continuous follow-up with the candidates, interview scheduling. Updating and maintain the database.

Assist in Onboarding process and Coordinate with BGV's. Involved in campus hiring, recruitment process and employee engagement event. Maintained employee’s database.
