Managed the full cycle of recruitment which involves identifying the Sourcing, Talent management, client expectations, negotiations etc. Hands on experience of end-to-end recruitment process. Responsible to work on Contract (C2C, 1099, W2), C2H and full-time positions. Recruiting on C2C, C2H, and Sub-Contractor with Vendor’s Such as visa status CPT, OPT, H1B, GC, Citizen, L2, TN, EAD etc.

Worked on the MTS (Managed Training and Services) Learning Domain Product. Developed modules for various portals including Shell ELA Portal, Philips Signify Portal, and Rolls Royce Portals. Key modules included Sourcing Exchange Portal, Partner Portal, and various enrollment/management systems for clients like Intel, Rolls Royce, and BP.

Developed Centralized Accounting Software (CAS) for GSTN, handling modules like GSTR1, GSTR3, GSTR7, and GSTR9, and managing GL, Fixed Assets, and Inventory. Also developed E-Hr (Human Resource Management System) covering modules like Payroll Management, Leave Management, and Employee Self Service (ESS).

Worked on a job portal platform connecting recruiters and job seekers. Also developed a desktop application (BRICANO) for construction materials management.
