Monitor AMC / Warranty calls, spare movement and inventory. Management of Network & Data Communication related issues.

Technical Engineer for Samsung. Troubleshooting Related to Samsung Handheld Devices. Logging Incidents in Samsung Web Tool. Online Troubleshoot via remotely accessing Android Devices with Smart Tutor App.

Network Engineer for MPSEDC. Responsible for Management of (DHQ) District Head Quarter in which 5 BHQ are connected through SWAN Network Infrastructure. Managing teams of 6 Engineers and Coordinates with NOC teams.
