Assisted the Associate Human Resource Manager in day-to-day tasks, including contacting new joiners and gathering feedback on the onboarding process. Supported HR implementation programs, coordinated new hire orientations, managed employee inquiries regarding HR policies, and assisted in organizing internal and external employee engagement events and grievance handling.

Managed a team of 300 employees, including team leaders and admin staff. Responsibilities included hiring, training, and leading call centre representatives; supervising team leaders; drafting and analyzing hourly reports; preparing reports to improve processes and maximize efficiency; ensuring staff achieved desired service levels; leading team meetings and coaching workers; identifying operational gaps and implementing improvement plans; and handling Attendance Management & Payroll Management.

Screened and shortlisted candidates, coordinating and conducting telephonic interviews. Arranged personal and final interviews for selected candidates. Assisted with scheduling induction for new candidates, preparing exit formalities, and conducting knowledge transfer activities. Gained hands-on experience in HRIS and employee engagement activities.
