Created and implemented forward-thinking initiatives to improve employee engagement. Oversaw all HR needs for 50 + employee operation across 2 locations. Created strong brand impact and hired 10 Graduates in campus placement across different colleges in Tamilnadu (Specialised in BSc Agriculture). Provided Payroll Inputs and worked with finance team for Salary Processing. Oversaw all General Admin needs for organisation.

Handled Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Management for Bangalore & Noida. First employee in Bangalore and scaled up 50-member team across Bangalore & Noida location. Facilitated all new employee orientations to foster positive team attitude. Explained all of human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations to each employee. Provided Payroll Inputs, leave Data for Bangalore location to Senior Manager for Salary processing. Supported management in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.

Worked in International recruitment team for Samsung HQ, South Korea for Mobile & Healthcare, Semiconductor, Memory, Display division. Coordinated for Campus recruitment program of IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay & Guwahati.
