Responsible for recruitment of Pan India level for FMCG, FMCD, Retail and Manufacturing industries. Screening, short listing & validating the resume as per client requirement for Middle management to Top management. Sourcing for potential candidates from different sources like Job portals, Social/ professional Networking sites, References and Head Hunting. Contact eligible candidates for interviews & follow ups. Coordinating with the Clients & placing the right candidates. Regular follow-ups with the candidates telephonic till they reach at the venue for interview. Providing maximum information through telephone as well as emails. Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and other related information.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
