Accomplishments: Consecutively reducing the Operation Cost (Branding collaterals + Retail Branding + Manpower) semi-annually; Managed monthly procurement worth INR 1.5 crore per month; Central SCM team from a decentralized team; Vendor Managed Inventory System + dissolving central warehouse; Report Automation - daily/weekly/monthly team performance check & thus NPS improvement; Current Sensor, centralized WiFi management; Capital asset + expense tracking; Backend Developments – APP modifications, Superusers, TABLEAU, In-organic review filtering.

Responsibilities: Warehouse Management - Inventory Management, Inward/Outward Operations; Delivery Planning & Return Operations; Analytic Review - TAT, TTD, Lead Time, Inventory Check, NPS & Review Check; Cash Reconciliation & Petty Cash Management. Accomplishments: Managed Annual Inventory + Order delivery worth INR 2.5 crores per month; Set-up 2 new distribution center cum warehouse; LOCUS – Software + App implementation to monitor on time delivery by tracking the team and process they are doing; Cost cutting- minimizing delivery trips & maximizing the revenue per trip & checking returns (NPS Score rose to >90% from 70% after taking its responsibility at the start of 2nd Quarter). During the notice period, I was working on: Unallocated Inventory – Defining their allocation & getting the necessary system movement – Partially completed; Excess Inventory – Creating new barcodes & documents, system movement - Completed; Short Inventory – Purging the barcodes – Completed. Earned the title of NAV Ninja - Resolving tech issues of North Region.

KAIZEN (Improvement): Suggestion in ERP software to control cycle count and to eliminate those parts from daily plan whose RM is not available; Floor layout Change - First according to processes and second department wise; Safety fixture for Air Molex (crimping), JYP-crimping machines - KAIZEN; Prepared a simple Work Instruction for the most complicated part at that time so that a semi-skilled operator can also assemble it.
