Provide suitable decision making for product development and software engineering maintaining sensitivity to constraints and business needs. Stimulate hiring, training, performance reviews and career plans for software engineering team. Present employee development, mentoring, coaching and team building. Participate actively in organisation software development process as company Master. Facilitate software development team accomplish optimal team performance. Assist removing technical obstacles, help enhance team processes, handle resource issues and interact with varied members to assure sprint iteration and product release successful delivery. Supervise technology trends like emerging standards for fresh technology opportunities. Stimulate overall architecture, security, design plus certifications of software products. Develop and review all technical sales material. Prepare technical task as well as time estimates for bids and proposals.

Work Closely with Designer and Developer to meet project UI/UX Deliverables on time and within the budget. Manage team Size of 15 People Including Designer, Developers, Backend Developers. Manage QA team. Scoping the project with clients, planning the execution with the team and managing the design and development phases smoothly. Build relationships with clients. Manage project risks, ensure successful delivery and implementation. Complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project.

Engage with a team to drive website, app, and digital product projects from start to finish. Manage and execute on multiple tasks within established deadlines. Scoping tasks, phases and projects with input from multiple resources. Validation and presentation of project deliverable. Technical analysis of project milestone deliverables including designs, wireframes, and specifications. Hands on code with team in Adobe Flash, Adobe Flex 4.0 on game and in house management application.

Characters, environment, activities, scoring, and progression. Break the project down into smaller parts for the team to handle, create schedules with estimated timelines, set milestones, and create prototypes. Create graphics for game art and maps. This includes animating the characters and designing any virtual reality environments used. Using ActionScript 2.0 & 3.0 languages write the code to implements the gameʼs logic and allows the player to interact with the game world and its characters.
