Consistently got Salesperson of the month in 6 months of calling and got incentives 60k/quarter. After 6 months performance as IC got promoted as Team Leader and started handling a 10 member team and took ownership of 25L revenue MOM for 6 months. After 6 months performance as TL got promoted as Associate Sales Manager and started handling a 15-20 member team and took ownership of 40L revenue MOM for 6 months.
