End to End Recruitment for across levels (Mid to Senior level hiring). Stakeholder Management – Updating the stakeholders on the position/joining status on a real time basis. Using Workday tool - Creating Req id, Positing the Job, Sending link to the candidate to apply to the Req id, Uploading the candidate’s mandatory docs, Creating the offer form and sending for approval for the offer release. Vendor Management – Sharing the open demands and providing timely feedback of the profiles received from their end. Conducting initial HR Interview of the candidates. Maintaining Recruitment Dashboard on a daily basis. Update weekly status in ATS.

As an individual contributor, managing end-to-end recruitment / Talent Acquisition. Understanding the job description of open positions. Searching best suitable resumes from job portals and employee referrals like Naukri, Monster, Reference, and Social Networking. Posting job ads in job portals and mass mailing the requirements. Pre-screening the profiles. Scheduling interviews; overseeing preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Post offers follow up till joining the candidates. Builds a good relationship with client and to be part of weekend recruitment drives, outstation drives.
