Communicate with the client and understand their requirements. Compose and share the Job Description. Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job board searches, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing. Work closely with Hiring Managers to schedule and follow up on candidate selection to maximize efficiency of the recruiting process. To understand IT requirements of client’s IT resource need and deliver qualified consultants. Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for contract. Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region. Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on collateral process. Building talent pipelines via head hunting, LinkedIn recruiter. Working for both Contract to Hire and Permanent Mode on all requirements in Different Domain. Responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.
