Managed and delivered diverse Digital and Data analytics projects, embedding Gen AI, Business Intelligence (BI) into Advanced Analytics initiatives. Oversaw a portfolio of Advanced Analytics, automation, and predictive analytics projects, enabling clients to maximize operational efficiency and enhance leadership decision-making. Spearheaded automation initiatives, including implementing RPA bots, to significantly reduce manual interventions in high-volume big data processing.

Led the Information Systems audit vertical, responsible for conducting Information Systems & Information Security audits across diverse group companies. Designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) framework, contributing to IT governance and accountability. Designed and managed a comprehensive MIS framework for business reporting. Conducted risk based internal audits across group companies. Assisted in several M&A due-diligences assignments.

Managed the data analysis vertical to support real time risk based auditing of business processes, monitoring of sales volumes, target achievements to be reported to the management and Audit committee. Identified areas of automation for trend analysis and MIS generation activities for Business Risk and Internal Audit function. Conducted Information Systems functionality testing and review including Policy administration system, agent commissions system, Underwriting systems and Reinsurance.

Setup and manage the Centralized risk monitoring activity – Data analysis, MIS generation, exception reporting and trend analysis. Automation of various trend analysis and data analysis activities relating to business projections and risk management through MS excel and ACL. Developed the Risk Assessment for Information Systems and Technology using COBIT framework and conducted Risk based review of Information Systems and Technology function.
