Participated in pilot batch management, process training, and client interviews. Worked on Linux and performed troubleshooting of Enterprise DHCP, DNS, IPAM, Ip-Sec, VPN, ACL, and NAT. Assisted with schedule management, remote desktop management, and end point troubleshooting.

Understood basic configuration on live Cisco router and switches, including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP. Worked on Desktop Management (DHCP, DNS, Ping, Trace-route, and ARP Network). Learned protocols including TCP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, POP, and IMAP.

Worked with international clients and functioned on Microsoft Acronis, performing and monitoring remote desktop management and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office 365.
