Involved in the end to end recruitment process starting from screening to closing the positions. Trained on sourcing from different portals like Naukri, Linkedin, Instahyre, Github, Hirist and social media. Work includes sourcing across all levels, client management, team mentoring, candidate management, and reporting the offers to the finance team. Ability to work in a multitasking environment handling multiple assignments at a time. Closely worked with the clients to discuss the business requirements, hiring sync up meetings and drive setups. Directly handled mega drives at the client locations.
