As Project Manager a total of 138 transformation projects with a cumulative save of 180 FTes was achieved in FY22. Ensure adherence to agile project & program governance model by all reporting project managers and project coordinators. Monitor the entire agile project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, business liaison/stakeholder management, post-implementation review, and project close-out / handover. Drive the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and monitoring the implementation of a project. Serve as a technical and functional problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues & constraints through consensus & sound judgment. Involved in developing, modeling & coaching/training/mentoring towards all the aspects of Waterfall and Agile methodology. Upgraded the team to leverage high end technologies like Python, Xceptor,Dotnet and Selenium for Code development. Developed a repository of various controls within the automation code to enhance the accuracy of the automation. Ensure that the Project Managers work closely with the DevOps team on new and ongoing issues team is facing with existing BOTS/Scripts in production, for all the existing issues INC???s are raised and tracked to closure. Conduct Daily SCRUM Calls to review projects with teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis.

Prepare monthly / quarterly / annual budgets and variance and margin analysis report to higher management -Develop dashboards to be presented on a daily basis. Design, create, implement, modify, maintain and support existing reports. Work with management and subject matter experts to help define new reporting requirements. Schedule and deliver reports based on the specified timetable (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) in a data warehouse environment. Demonstrated ability to manage and meet assignment deadlines through personal initiative on several simultaneously assigned tasks.

Handling Processes (Reporting and forecasting, Competitive Pricing Intelligence) across all regions. Managing internal team of 18 to support the global 24X5 process (NAM/EMEA/APJ). Ensure timely delivery of scheduled reports to the clients. Develop reports based on requirement on Tableau desktop. Participate in business requirement discussions (BRD) with various clients, and on-board new reports based on Tableau platform. Provide insights & analysis to clients and internal management there by steering business to right direction. Identifying and initiating business process improvements (BPI) and projects. Proposing new BPI???s to client and support till implementation. Performance & Internal resource management.
