Client: Mindtree & Hexaware Technologies. End to End Recruitments for the employees of various levels for IT companies like analysis of the requirement of the company, making job description, sending mass mail, Job advertisement, Shortlisting Resume, Taking preliminary round, negotiation of salary, Issue of the O:er letter. Maintain a status list of all activities i.e., daily reports, Candidate interview, Screen, And hire. Pre-interview and Post interview follow-up with the candidates. Lead the creation of recruiting interviewing plan for each open position. Building a productive relationship with Recruiters and Candidates. Handling various Online portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn and References).

Work closely with senior management to identify, develop and implement training and development programs in line with the business objectives. Design and implementation of a company-wide performance management system that is linked to the core vision and objectives of the business. Provision of ongoing consultation with management on performance-related issues. Work closely with management and employees on all grievance issues within the company. Provide consultation to management on employee relations issues, and manage all disciplinary issues within the company. Manage all redundancy situations including calculations, financial guidance and communications to a:ected employees. Management of the full recruitment process including sourcing strategy; interviewing; reference checking; making o:ers to candidates; driving and delivering induction training.
