Facilitated daily Scrum meetings and weekly reviews meetings with client. Worked with product owners and coordinated product backlog grooming, story estimation. Responsible for Agile sprint planning and creating JIRA dashboards for stories/epics from backlog and sharing the dashboards with the customer.

Worked closely with the customer in their UK office to facilitate collaboration with the offshore teams. Coached team members on Agile processes and facilitated planning meetings and retrospectives. Removed impediments and protected team members from interruptions and distractions to maximize their productivity.

Facilitated Scrum ceremonies, such as daily Scrums, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives and sprint planning, for both Scrum and Kanban teams. Worked with customers and product manager to priorities and validate requirements. Managed JIRA and Kanban boards as part of lean software development.

Coached and empowered teams to self-organize and grow cross-functionally. Championed Agile concepts & methodologies outside of the software development teams. Managed the complete SDLC, from ideation to discovery, execution, and deployment.
