Analyze hiring in various areas/competencies through networking, recruitment activities and historical data surveys available in market. Proactively assisting in scheduling meetings with stakeholders and talent including conference lines / video conferencing for seamless interview process. Supporting management by identifying strong talent requirements based on skillset and experience. Closely monitoring the industry to identify the business requirements for talent through requisitions, profile mapping, research articles and surveys. Coordinating with business advisors in releasing offer letter to talent and onboarding them smoothly. Updating databases with new employee information containing employment forms and other relevant information. Proactively updating the business advisors on Talent programs and helping them developing Strategies for sourcing/recruiting to ensure effective talent delivery. Support relocation for talent based on the industry requirements and business needs.
