Drive the project with an IT development firm on various platforms and their integrations (LMS, CMS, ORP).

Making and Managing tasks and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously on Notion and Jira. Partner with designers to review and compare UI/UX designs and wireframes on Figma. Drafting user stories, epics, and test cases. Partnered with developers on getting work done, discussing bugs and solutions, communicating requirements and shortcomings. Performed user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before each release.
