Ownership of grace plans, worked towards increasing 40% first time purchase increment in memberships. Interstitial planning and management contributing to 35% of daily memberships sold. Categorically leading planning for demand and supply of staples - Expanded from 1Cr to 3 Cr / month. Responsible for end-to-end launch and execution of 'Gamification module'. Collaborated with Product and Tech leaders towards building a 1CR INR revenue model. Owner for the end to staples visibility on homepage and actively conducting in A/B testing.

Created visibility for RC transfer process end to end, fixed communication between ground team and city team. Suggested incentives structure for ground agents to fasten up the process. Pending RC Transfer cases declined from 24 % to 13 %. Created interactive dashboard for ground ops team for daily operations and lead to bulk delivery of 2500 RC's. Created visibility for pricing calls made after inspection to the customer. Found out the gap between the actual calls made and the commitment to the customer. Prior the calls made within 4 hours were 53% to 75%. Working with Program managers and Senior Program Managers to improve the Cx constantly by creating interactive dashboards and deriving business insights to help cross functional departments within organization to launch strategic initiatives.

Understood the process of discounting and undertook the responsibility of running the discounting process for the organization along with category planners. Created dashboards to bring visibility around wastage, availability, inventory using Power Bi.
