Oversee the CRM database and ensure data integrity. Cleanse and segment data to support targeted and personalized email campaigns. Set up automated email workflows triggered by user actions or predefined events. Implement drip campaigns, welcome series, abandoned cart emails, etc. Continuously test and optimize email campaigns for improved performance. Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs to maximize open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall campaign success.
