Organize regular meetings of stakeholders to monitor on progress, status reporting, schedule control / mitigation activities in case probable deviations. At end of the Feature completion (lifecycle = DONE), ensure all documentation / artifacts place for Audits. Attending Project/IT security audits.

Drive Test Analysis of 3G Coverage and Quality, Call Event Analysis (Voice / Video / PS / HSDPA), Handover Analysis, and Missing Neighbor Analysis (3G-3G, 3G-2G, 2G-3G) using post-processing tool (ACTIX, NEMO, TEMS). Neighbor Audit and Optimization within large geographical area using MapInfo and ACTIX Analyzer. Site Optimization of newly integrated sites and generate report for site acceptance purposes. Cluster Optimization in Dense Urban, Suburban and Rural areas for OSS KPI enhancement and Cluster Acceptance.
