Taking orders from clients; Understanding the requirements of clients, taking the brief, submitting and explaining to the designing team; Working as liaison between designing team and clients; During the design work coordinating between studio and clients, taking, and giving inputs and feedback to get the project completed accordingly.

Meeting/Talking to the clients, understanding their needs and offer them a media advertising solution; Gather client's business requirements and assist in driving strategy, planning, execution by communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders; Constantly updating the database of clients, marketing agencies & the media owners; Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with old and new clients to evaluate better results; Developing a relationship with clients, agencies to help the organization reach the next level; Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies; Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts; Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner; Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews; Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness; Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency; Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features; Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists; Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
