Building VINCI, an IP for Zensar, providing a complete view of Infrastructure and Application insights and a no code component for automation. Developed Chat Bot in VINCI using RASA for Metrics like Ticket/Automation/Task assistance. Responsible for building or consuming existing ML Workloads using KubeFlow on Kubernetes and evaluating Kubernetes MLOps stacks for onboarding ML Workloads. Phase 1 involved creating a platform for proactive IT environment management, integrating with IT service management tools to create a single source of truth. Phase 2 involved Container Management using K8 on Vinci, enabling the stack to orchestrate and enable containerization, allowing users to deploy ML workloads using KubeFlow.

Worked on OPSOLE (Operations Console), a unified Event Management platform providing a 360-degree view of operations. The platform features Incident Forecasting and Situation Classification, utilizing ESPER (CEP) for identifying patterns from ESM data and applying EDI. Developed OQL (OPSOLE Query Language) for querying detailed insights from Event Data. Collaborated with cross-functional development teams to analyze potential system solutions based on evolving client requirements and rapidly prototyped new data processing capabilities.

Worked on MontOO/ATOM (Monitoring Operations Optimized), an agile Event Management platform. Created proofs of concept for innovative new solutions. Revised, modularized, and updated old code bases to modern development standards. Tested troubleshooting methods, devised innovative solutions, and documented resolutions for the knowledge base. Worked with project managers, developers, quality assurance, and customers to resolve technical issues.

Utilized technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, and SQL Server 2012 to develop applications. Maintained, debugged, and optimized automation programs.

Analyzed and designed relational databases using MSSQL. Updated documentation with project deviations to capture changes.
