Spearheading projects involving estimation of required manpower months, preparation of site reports for proper follow-up with senior management, manpower mobilization, equipment mobilization, costing, floating enquiries to subcontractor and so on. Preparing Project Proposal, Reviewing and Approval from Decision Review Board for the Project Proposal. Performing PFD review, layout development by coordinating with different disciplines - Process, Maintenance/Operations, Utility, Civil, HVAC, Site Execution, Engineering/CAD. Supervising the functions of the employees, facilities, operations and monitoring cost on a day-to-day. Providing support for development of master schedules, Detailed Project Schedule (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), CRT Plan, resource schedules, execution plans, budgets, statement of requirements, project close out reports, management plans, method statements for works using MS Project. Working with Procurement Team to release of Purchase Orders; managing validation of CBS with respect released Purchase Orders during procurement phase; tracking FEED Engineering deliverable. Collaborating and Coordinating with Expediting & Procurement Teams from vendors to ensure timely delivery of material. Analyzing project progress through EPC S-Curve; steering Earned Value Management & monitoring scope and progress of work. Conducting regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, and other activities) with contractors and consultants to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions. Monitoring quality at project site by exercising rigorous quality control plan & procedures, implementing ISO or similar systems, conducting onsite inspections followed by corrective preventive actions. Examining Actual Project Cost vs. (Control) Balanced Budget and implementing corrective actions; creating master budget and ensuring completion of assigned on time and within budget of material & resources; undertaking analysis
