Received an award for accurate estimation of 12 cranes of order worth $2.6M and having the least resolution time for sales queries among the team for a period of 6 months. Boosted the estimation process by 25% by maintaining a database of historical cost data and planning for quotations beforehand. Coordinated with the engineering team to get a better understanding of technical features and devised tools and calculation sheets, which reduced dependency on them by 10%. Formulated a process that implemented an ERP tool to discuss priority leads to accelerate the offer submission time between 7 to 5 days, which also built rapport with the sales team.
