INR 20 Mn of the annual cost. Identified and controlled financial and compliance leakages by implementing 17 control reports for the identified areas, resulting in regulatory compliance and fewer complaints from the Ombudsman and IRDAI. Implemented automation of "Consolidated Payment Tagging" to eliminate manual banking operation’s process, which eventually slashed 98% manual tagging practice leading to a reduction of 2000+ incidence per month. Managed a three-member team for handling two Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) tie-ups for Policy issuance, SLA Management, resolved B2B partner queries, Endorsement and policy servicing requests.
