Application owner: DigiAgency – to provide a simplified, customizable, easy and quick buy journey for Insurance consultants which can be shared with customers. Designed the user journeys, along with UI/UX finalization, prepared the BRD and currently the project is in the IT development phase. Working on a project to increase distribution and policy sourcing by leveraging the QR code technology. Developed simplified SISO buy journey for existing customers for Agency channel to tap SIP segment of customers through systematic investment. Working on devising a 5-year business plan and workforce planning, identifying new business verticals with go-to-market strategies and revenue projections.

Reviewed and analyzed mortgage loan applications to ensure eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines to minimize risk factors. Follow and maintain compliance with TRID guidelines, CFPB requirements, and RESPA tolerances. Identify & document risks and key control activities within each process to drive continuous improvement in risk governance processes/controls, reporting, and remediation. Ensured implementation of Policies, Standards & Procedures and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to creatively solution for challenging underwriting scenarios.

Implemented Robotic Process Automation to automate manual policy issuance and policy servicing process for Motor, Health, Fire & Marine products automating 50,000 policies per month saving approx. INR 20 Mn of the annual cost. Identified and controlled financial and compliance leakages by implementing 17 control reports for the identified areas, resulting in regulatory compliance and fewer complaints from the Ombudsman and IRDAI. Implemented automation of "Consolidated Payment Tagging" to eliminate manual banking operation’s process, which eventually slashed 98% manual tagging practice leading to a reduction of 2000+ incidence per month. Managed a three-member team for handling two Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) tie-ups for Policy issuance, SLA Management, resolved B2B partner queries, Endorsement and policy servicing requests. Ensuring timely reporting of the productivity and performance of BOTS. SPOC for Legacy system-related changes and User Accepting Testing.

Learned and researched about various Investment products which could be made available to the common man wanting to invest but lacking knowledge, through a website called “My Money Plant”.
