Used regression analysis, with a team, on HR analytics project to measure employee satisfaction, predict attrition and optimize resources. Co-created solutions for a retail client to work on Churn Prediction using Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forests, Neural Networks and Support Vector Machine. Built regression, and forecasting model to predict Waste generation by households of a locality and compare it with waste actual generation and the resources available.

Lead a team of 4 to forecast the savings over the expected revenues of one of the largest project in the steel industry, using various statistical models including Logistics regression. Driving the Project Beta initiatives with a week wise plan, discovering the road blocks and proactively providing solutions, a part of change management. Worked with project control managers and construction managers to understand the productivity issues and helped them with developing new strategies to overcome it. Tendering and techno–commercial negotiations with clients for various projects.

HR analytics project to measure employee satisfaction, using predictive analytics. Designed and implemented the project on digitalizing the process of recruitment process for finals & summer interns at the B Schools. Provided analytical solutions on the benchmarking study for companies who would recruit alongside Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. at campus in terms of salary and stipend. Preparing the campus hiring strategy in agreement with the hiring managers ahead of the campus season. Core committee member for launching ‘Mahindra WAR Room’ in 22 B Schools across Indian campuses. Conducted the pre-placement group overview presentation along with sr. leaders of the Mahindra group at 22 B schools.
