For a leading insurer, gathered requirements and scaled an existing solution to various LOBs such as Casualty, Financial Institution, Management Liability Property and Energy. Responsibilities include creating BRDs, SOW, Project plans, responding to RFPs, conducting UAT, raising CRs, defining test strategies and overseeing all deployment activities. Meticulous sprint planning, throughput management and sprint implementation. Led multiple engagements including presenting solution demos to C-suite executives. Led business development activities for e.g., RFPs, marketing and practice development. Managed team of Data Scientist/ML Engineers on projects. Delivered a ML solution for Hawaiian Airline with focus customer churn prediction. Conducted weekly Scrum and Stand-up calls, evaluated proposed SLA changes and compliance adherence. Created a Proof of Concept using a decision tree classifier to predict if a user will purchase a service. Managed client stakeholders and the technical team as a Lead BA. Data Collection, Feature Engineering and Selection. Model Creation, Hyperparameter Tuning and Deployment using AWS SageMaker. Building various regression and classification algorithms by using various Sklearn libraries such as Linear Regression, Decision Trees, Ensemble techniques and Naïve Baye’s.

Conducted weekly CAB meetings, evaluated proposed SLA changes and compliance adherence. Managed the governance life cycle of changes ensured that only authorized changes are implemented. Analyzed change related incidents and re-engineered the internal change process to avoid future impacts. Managed the OCM strategy and approach at a Program level.

Created Data Mart for Finance and Accounting department for analysis from huge Data Warehouse. Created various data pipelines for Data Mart specific to different use cases. Created multiple SQL Stored Procedures and Functions specific to each API calls for retrieving data in specified format.
