Managed a team of 15+ members to facilitate IT projects for Startup & Enterprise clients. Developed detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Involved in the full project life cycle from the requirement gathering stage, supporting the sales team, project closures and end-to-end delivery. Involved in product marketing campaigns on Facebook & Twitter. Planned and facilitated project governance meetings to check the project progress and resolution of project issues. Acted as SPOC for the UK team to coordinate with India’s development team.
