Worked on chatbot development and have experience in end to end project implementation from scratch using Groovy and Python. Responsible for configuring cognitive modules, creating new customized modules, and designing modified modules per project analysis. Discuss with Technical Architect and Cognitive Project Leads to agree on technical solutions. Ensure models are aligned to Responsible AI principles. Perform literature review and identify deficiencies to improve techniques. Work with integration experts to connect functional solutions to back-end systems. Procedures include: Data collection, Data Cleaning, Data Preparation, Data Pre-processing, EDA, feature engineering, building machine learning models, and automating ML Pipelines. Worked on testing tool development and automation. Performed functions such as Generated Incoming and Outgoing calls, tested speech path in incoming and outgoing calls, conducted Intercom calls with different band types, Parallel call tests, Call conference tests, Registered and deregistered Handset (HS), Conducted Call waiting, call hold, and resume tests.
