Responsible for meeting the hiring needs of the Client Companies for which involve end to end recruitment process. Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with qualified candidates for all positions, schedule follow-up interviews with management. Responsible to post Technical/Non-Technical job descriptions on Jobserve and Linkedin, Naukri.com and Monster. Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity. Negotiating with potential candidates for critical requirements on offers & joining dates.

Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met. Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.

Sourcing profiles from various job boards like Naukri.com, Monster, Internal Database and Linkedin. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process. Providing company information and job opportunities to potential candidates. Responsible to source Non-IT profiles such as BDE, Graphic Designer, Sales executive, Sales Manager, Production Support.
