Driving the overall delivery functions for the daily operations from offshore & escalation management. Establishing performance goals, allocating resources & assessing annual performance and recommending individual merit and promotional increases. Leading and mentoring QA team members, as well as managing outside contract testers allocating resources among team members and guiding team members till final delivery. Coordination with third party Vendors in the development of APIs to integrate Product with vendor’s S/W for data exchanges. Managing multiple rollouts, maintenance projects & single point of contact (SPOC) for the teams managed. Organizing review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule, and ensuring timely completion & delivery of the project to the client. Identifying areas of risks in the process and coordinating with the Risk Management Team to ensure that effective controls are in place.

Coordinated and managed discussion with client to understand the business requirement and plan with user stories. Documented the user stories and drove the solution according to business requirement. Organizing review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule, and ensuring timely completion & delivery of the project to the client. Leading team /Technical mentoring to the team members in design and development of the Software. Involved in organizing workshop (Online) to give hands-on training to the actual end users across India.
