Acted as the HR arm of the client and was involved in providing strategic and operational services on the following areas of HR: Revamping the entire On-Boarding and Induction structure; Introducing Pre-boarding engagement with would-be joinees; Employee Engagement – Creating and driving calendarized events, regularizing weekly virtual engagement activities, conducting HR Connects with individual employees and working on employee feedback; Developing the Culture of the organization and making its core values more tangible for employees; Creating Culture Handbook; Driving quarterly R&R (Rewards and Recognition) Programs; Creating Career Levels – Band – Designation framework; Creating proposal for revamping the Performance Management System of the client; Regularizing end-of probation review of new hires; Creating Performance Review coaching document for managers; Handling Recruitment of open positions; conducting HR interviews; releasing offer letters and other employee documentation; Handling Employee Queries; Involved in Payroll processing; Supporting Lead Consultant with compensation structure planning for new hires, Exit Discussions and processes, etc.

Re-started Employee Engagement activities virtually for client and driving the same; Supported manager with Compensation Structure planning for new hires for our client; Involved in creating and driving R & R (Rewards & Recognition) program for client; On-Boarding Employees and Interns for Client; Involved in creating end-to-end HR Strategy Plan for client; Handling the Recruitment process of client; Supported manager in creating Career Levels – Band – Designation framework for a client; Created HR Advisory Business Proposals; Created the foundation plan for Hybrid Workforce Structure; Researched HR Strengths and Weaknesses of different organizations; Researched on HR Best Practices.

Worked on Training and Development - created Training Modules, Recruitment, Human Resource Market Research and HR Best Practices and other strategic business plans of the organization. Have received constant appreciation and acknowledgement for the quality of my work from the CEO himself.

Managing the daily HR and admin roles of the firm, along with non-daily roles like Monthly Salary Sheet Preparation, New Employee On-boarding, Maintaining HR policies, details of Job Flow and Manpower Management, etc. Have been organized and efficient in handling the above roles, and Was quick in learning new things.

Was very organized with my job and daily administration duties. Built a good rapport with many clients. I often counseled/motivated people over the phone and encouraged them to come for therapy.
