Implementing organisations recruitment strategy and Hands on experience on various job portals i.e., Naukri, Shine, and Indeed etc. Responsible for documentation, Joining formalities and background checks of selected candidates. Handling and auditing the attendance, Leave Management and Exit formalities. Updating and maintaining employee records. Answering employee queries build rapport and motivate resources at all levels.

Screening candidate CVs against job specifications and conducting telephone Interviews. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen Incoming resumes and application forms. Advertise job openings on Company’s careers page, social media, Job boards and internally. Provide shortlisted of qualified candidates to the hiring managers. Working of staff augmented services on behalf of organisation.
