Prepare project specific procurement procedure; Plan, Develop and Buy materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Commercial evaluation of all received offers and obtaining Order approval. Project Risk assessment and mitigating measures for identified risks.

Designated on Contract basis for Electrical / Instrumentation equipment with Saudi Chevron - KGOC Joint Operations. Corporate Procurement Solutions for Chevron - KGOC in the GCC Market. Negotiation, analysis and preparation of contracts for purchase of Materials/services. Implemented ERP Software Suite consisting of Oracle based JD Edwards Enterprise One and SAP Ariba.

Project management, project coordination, and streamlining communication within the project as SPOC for all stakeholders. Preparation of contractual documents of project tenders, material documentation and approval process. Reviewing Vendor documents & offers to verify accuracy and determine the best bid among potential suppliers.

Designated on Contract basis with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC). Coordination of Planning & Maintenance activities including planning, sourcing and ordering of spares for various electrical equipment. Spearheaded in service agreement preparation worth 1.5M KWD. Involved in procurement of various types of materials through Service orders and adjustment orders.
