Deployed a financial solution for Novartis Cloud team to better manage their financial reporting, which led to a 30% improvement in cost savings. Played a key role to review the current processes within the Novartis cloud team and to help update some of these processes for faster results and improve ease of use. In process of deploying a cloud native security platform to manage cloud security posture, secure cloud workloads & govern identity & access management for the Novartis cloud SecOps team for both AWS and Azure platforms.

Successfully delivered over 30 small and large size projects for the client McCain Foods. Successfully refreshed 100+ domain controllers across the globe with the least amount of down time. Migrated over 13000+ endpoints from McAfee to Microsoft Security Solution. Migrated data of almost all McCain users from shared network drive to OneDrive with zero data loss. This project was delivered both ahead of schedule and under budget during peak Corona period. Successfully refreshed all the Commvault commserve and mediaagent servers across multiple sites.

Spearheaded multiple net new projects to realization for multiple Healthcare and banking customers like Vale and American Express. Managed multiple small scale contracts where I was the single point of contact for any additional customer requirements with regards to the solutions provided by DXC. Single point of contact for all upsell deals less than $5 million for all banking and healthcare customers.

Responsible for Requirements gathering & high-level scoping of projects. Responsible for requisition for resources with the right skill set for the project. Responsible for estimating, planning and scheduling the project. Conduct weekly governance meetings and project status review meetings for continuous improvement and incorporate lessons learned. Act as a single point of contact for escalations and service delivery. Responsible for managing stakeholders and updating them on project progress. Interface with engineering teams, customer service managers and other change management functions.

Providing technical support for consumers of HP and Dell laptops / desktops. Acting as a trainer for new hires in process as well as in work responsibilities. Managing key process metrics with transition queue teams. Managing the transition team and providing timely resolution. Ensuring quality work output and playing a key role in sustaining process scores with Transition Queue. Worked to ensure a positive and hassle-free customer experience.
