My role started with contacting potential customer to set up meetings through Ameyo and favor on closing the deal by describing the different pedagogues. Completed paperwork, recognizing discrepancies and promptly addressing for resolution. Gained extensive knowledge in data entry, analysis and reporting. Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibility: Revenue Generation, Delivery, Product Management.

Orchestrated the design and management of the school’s IT infrastructure. Headed a proficient team to implement state-of-the-art technological enhancements, such as smart classrooms and advanced attendance management systems. Integrated and oversaw a bespoke mobile application for parents, enabling effortless monitoring of their ward’s activities. Responsibility: Monitor Workloads, Overseeing the IT Services Department, Coach IT Services staff.

Assisted senior engineers and management with clerical duties to keep department functioning and workflows running smoothly. Shadowed designers and engineers to learn ways to implement methodologies.
