Created a new order placement flow, putting orders on hold for verification by the operations team to reduce order returns. Integrated third-party services like Gokwik, Razorpay, and Xpressbees into the Accessories website. Developed a flow enabling customers to convert COD orders to prepaid using payment links sent via WhatsApp messages. Revamped the product filter feature, reducing query time and introducing new filter metrics like newly launched and popularity.
