Co-ordinating with the TRAI HQ as well as TRAI RO Officers for the Technical improvements in the TRAI QOS Audit process. Deploying and Managing the Field resources over the North Zone for conducting the Technical Audits for 2G & 3G Voice, 2G , 3G & 4G Wireless Data, Customer Service Delivery, Wireline & Broadband (Billing & Network) & Drive Tests as per the TRAI Regulations. Data Management & Analysis of the QOS Audits Reports (Counter Files) collected from the Telecom Service Providers from all the 8 Circles of North Zone as defined by DOT (Department of Telecommunication).

Conducting the TRAI Drive Tests of all the operators in UP-East every month. Validating the Monthly PMR Reports of all the operators of UP-East. Handling the TRAI 3 Days Live Audit of Quality of Service of all the operators of UP-East, every month. Managing the TRAI Wireline and Broadband Audit data, quarterly. Monitoring the TRAI Customer Service Delivery Audits of all the operators of UP-East, quarterly. Compilation of UP-East Circle Reports and submission of the same to the TRAI office, Jaipur.
