Sentiment Analysis for Client Satisfaction (July-2023 to October-2023): Conducted sentiment analysis on conversations between solution salespersons and L4 clients post-solution delivery. Developed sentiment analysis algorithms (BERT) and utilized NLP techniques to extract sentiment indicators. Sales Interaction Summarization (August-2022 to November-2022): Summarized interactions between Citi's product salespersons and L2/L4 clients using PEGASUS to extract key information and gauge sales effectiveness.

In-store Vista Score (July-2021 to April-2022): Built a model to generate a score used in conjunction with other criteria to determine if in-store applicants could be approved. Managed the whole Machine Learning Lifecycle from data import to deployment on Databricks. Collaborated with SLOD for model validation.

Recommendation Engine (Nov-2020 to Apr-2021): Built a recommendation engine to match customers with travel preferences. ML model for Transaction Failure (June-2020 to Oct-2020): Developed a machine learning model for the prediction of transaction failure. EInsights (Feb-2020 to May-2020): Set up an ETL pipeline implementing data scraping from e-commerce websites. Solar and Wind Energy Analysis (August-2019 to Dec-2019): Set up and maintained an ETL pipeline importing data from Anaplan to GCP BigQuery.
