Responsible for Supply chain Analytics and optimization in Inbound and Outbound Logistics with experience in Data analysis, Statistical Modelling, Optimization tools in Python. Data mining using state-of-the-art methods, Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems. Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis. Demonstrate a breadth of knowledge in the application statistical methods and/or digital methods to solve business problems. Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques and Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms. Responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs). Provide technical leadership to project team to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues. Analyse complex business and competitive issues and discerns the implications for systems support. Identifies, defines, directs and preforms analysis of technical and economic feasibility of proposed data solution. Creates and manages a machine learning pipeline, from raw data acquisitions to merging and normalizing to sophisticated feature engineering development to model execution. Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks. Interacting with process owners/suppliers for the data collection, finding the correct business problems/discussions and communicating the solutions and methodology to the end users.

Extracting data from the SAP database and making daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports for the top management and help to make data driven decision for the complex business problem. Data Analysis: Worked with MS-Excel, Python programming language with libraries like NumPy, Pandas for Data cleaning, exploratory data analysis. Data Visualization: Creating and Publishing Tableau dashboards for visualization, reporting and MS-office products for PPC, QC analysis and for DRM meetings. Responsible for Improving the KPI like Availability, Efficiency, Productivity and Cost of fully automated robotic production line through Predictive Data Analytics. Responsible for Predictive analysis having skills in anomaly detection methods with appropriate use of data mining skills like Clustering and Regression techniques.

Team Management - Leading the team for Project data extraction, analysis and system requirements, summarizing results in standard quality control reports, documents and sharing detailed reports with business partners. Talent Development - Identify training opportunities for the team and managing the same for continuous skill upgrade/development within the team. Communication and Relationship - Independently manage end-to-end project/partner communication across the various levels in the organization to develop and maintain smooth relationship with partners and clients across business units.
